I developed the 9P Planning model as a way to follow a holistic process towards developing effective communication attitudes, structures, and behaviours for group and interpersonal dialogue. Every step is necessary and progresses in a way that is continually gauging the impact on the participants engaged in the process. Check the Publications page for additional information.

 Dialogue among ethnic & cultural groups

The 9P Planning model is particularly geared to increase the participation of cultural groups that are not currently part of regular decision-making during community development discussions. A special effort is needed to honour differing communication and cultural practices. This model considers those dynamics when configuring dialogue events.
